Desk Copy Information

Publishers do not allow retail bookstores to obtain desk copies for professors. Requests must come directly from the professor or department administrator. (Click here to see some FAQs about desk copies.)

To find a publisher or distributor, scroll down or do a find (ctrl + F) and type in the name. We have a form letter that you may fill out and mail to the publisher. Please contact us if you find any errors, if you have updated information on any of the distributors, or if you simply have a comment or question.

If you have ordered a desk copy and it will not arrive in time, we are happy to provide a loaner copy from our stock. We will accept the publisher desk copy from you in exchange once it arrives. Alternatively, some department administrators prefer to purchase copies for professors from our stock with a department charge card. Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of either of these services.
